Hello, I am Victoria, an HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist based in Guernsey. I am a member of the British Psychological Society. I hold undergraduate, honours, and masters degrees in psychology from Deakin University and the Cairnmillar Institute in Melbourne, respectively.

I take a warm, supportive, client-centred approach to therapy and enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, with a particular interest in adolescent mental health. A key strength lies in building rapport and establishing trusting therapeutic relationships with clients, enabling therapy to be tailored to your specific needs.

Theraputic Approaches

I take an integrative approach to therapy, this means I draw from a variety of evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), CBT for eating disorders (CBT-e), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, Attachment Theory, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness.

Fees and Health Insurance

50 Minute Standard Consult: £110

Health insurance coverage may be available for sessions, depending on your individual policy and provider. Many insurers, including AXA, Allianz, Bupa, and WPA, may offer partial or full reimbursement for therapy services.

Please contact your health insurance provider directly to confirm your level of cover and any referral requirements prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your psychology appointments.

Cancellations with 24–48 hours’ notice will incur a 50%

​

Cancellations on the day of your appointment, as well as non-attendance, will be charged at the full session fee.

​

Please note that cancellation fees are not typically covered by private health insurance.
