Hello, I'm Ben
I’m a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor, offering in-person therapy sessions in Guernsey as well as online. After spending a decade living, working, and qualifying overseas in London and Melbourne, Australia, I returned to the island in 2025 and co-founded Guernsey Wellbeing, where I offer psychotherapy and counselling to adults aged 21 and over.
There are many different approaches to therapy, and I draw from a range of them to suit each person’s unique needs. These may include elements from Person-Centred Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). You don’t need to worry about the theories or labels, together, we’ll find a way of working that feels right for you.
Alongside my clinical training, my life and background in strategic, client-focused roles in London and Guernsey have given me the experience to provide a grounded and collaborative approach in therapy. I aim to combine real-world perspective and psychological insight to help clients navigate challenges and move forward meaningfully.
I hold a Master’s and a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling, and I am registered with PACFA (the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia).
